Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Rules
Each individual may open only one fg999 account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited. Transferring or selling an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Password & Access
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials secure. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at fg999 is ৳100. Supported payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits must be made only from an account or card registered in your own name. Depositing funds through a third party is prohibited and may result in account closure.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
fg999 is committed to preventing illegal money laundering. While investigating suspicious transactions, the Company may suspend withdrawals and request additional information or documentation.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; depositing ৳32,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for bonuses is 20x and is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer is applicable once only and cannot be claimed twice by the same person or household.
- There may be a requirement to place bets in specific game categories using bonus funds.
- If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, the account will be permanently closed.
- The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
fg999 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:
- Placing bets using software, bots, scripts, or any automated method.
- Account hacking, manipulation, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
- Colluding or coordinating with other users to manipulate any game.
- Registering using a false identity or another person's identity.
- Depositing funds from illegal sources.
If such activities are detected, the Company reserves the right to close accounts, forfeit balances, and take legal action without prior notice.
VIP Program & Cashback Policy
fg999's VIP program has three tiers. Members advance through tiers based on their volume and regularity of play:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
Cashback is added directly to the account balance and standard withdrawal terms apply. The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits at its own discretion.

The Company may suspend or permanently close an account in cases of terms violations, fraud, or suspicious activity. In such cases, bonus funds may be forfeited under the applicable terms, but actual deposited funds (where no fraud is proven) will be returned.
